For over 25 years Kathryn Harrington has been representing plaintiff's in pharmaceutical , hospital and nursing home negligence. In a case of first impression Kathryn was successful in establishing that Arbitration clauses in nursing home contracts cannot be enforced against incompetent residents unless signed by a person holding a valid power of attorney or who have been appointed as a legal guardian.
Kathryn also has extensive experience in industrial accident cases. In a wrongful death against TVA, Kathryn attained one of the largest verdicts ever rendered against Federal Supervisory employees.
