Attorney Profiles

Bo Bruner has been lead and/or co-counsel in numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, some in excess of ten million dollars.  His experience includes cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, defective/dangerous products, eighteen-wheeler accidents, dangerous roadsides, industrial accidents, pharmaceutical injuries, consumer fraud and environmental contamination.  Bo joined Hollis, Wright & Harrington in 2009 after a number of years at another Birmingham firm where he gained valuable experience representing individuals and families harmed by the carelessness of others. 
 
Bo earned dual undergraduate degrees from Appalachian State University and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  While at Wake Forest, Bo served as Captain of the National Trial Team, President of the Student Trial Bar, and a member of the Moot Court Board.  Upon graduation from law school he was selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers and received the Robert Goldberg Award for Trial Advocacy, Wake Forest's highest trial advocacy honor.
 
Bo is a member of both the Alabama and North Carolina bars.  While he regularly handles cases throughout the state of Alabama, Bo has been extensively involved in serious cases elsewhere including a case he recently tried to a two-million dollar verdict in Knoxville, Tennessee.
  
Bo is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice (executive committee member) and the American Association for Justice.

Bo is married to the former Brooke Eichelberger of Birmingham, Alabama.  Bo and Brooke reside in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood with their daughter Caroline.
