Walt Cobb

Prior to Joining Hollis Wright in 2023, Walt spent a number of years working as a Public Defender in Alabama's Sixth Judicial District in Tuscaloosa. Since Joining Hollis Wright, Walt has committed his legal practice to representing injured victims throughout the State of Alabama. Walt practices in the areas of worker's compensation claims, job related accidents, personal injury claims, and automobile and trucking accidents.

Walt was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Huntingdon College. After graduating from Huntingdon, Walt began his legal education at Cumberland School of Law in the fall of 2016. While at Cumberland, Walt was a member of the Cumberland National Trial Team as well as a member of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board. While at Cumberland, Walt also served on the Student Bar Association as the Senior Class Secretary.
